Trump's Family Member Receives Professional Guidance from Golf Legend Woods Before Professional Golf Debut

Emerging athlete getting ready for significant tournament

This young athlete boasts substantial social media audience

The young golfer will have plenty of well-known supporters when she makes her LPGA debut on Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, received a sponsor's invitation to play at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.

Her grandfather, someone who loves golf, possesses multiple courses worldwide and frequently matches against Kai.

"He's pretty good. I can't reveal details but we play some close matches," she revealed.

The golfer shared that her grandfather, unable to come, counseled her: "Just avoid anxiety."

"He essentially advised me to play and have fun," she explained.

"In my eyes, he's simply an ordinary family member. He can't make it for the tournament. He's occupied with presidential duties, so he's rather occupied."

Being non-professional, Kai has competed in only three events recently and maintains ranking 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.

But she can receive tips from Tiger Woods, in a relationship with her mother.

"He stands as the best player worldwide," the young golfer said.

"And he's an even better human being. He told me to go out there, relax, and go with whatever happens."

Kai will face multiple the biggest names in women's golf at the Annika, including world number two Nelly Korda, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

The LPGA commented that her participation helps introduce golf to different demographics, specifically among youth audiences.

Kai boasts a massive following and recently launched a personal fashion and living label.

The competition starts at late afternoon GMT.
